Walk in looking to buy a phone advertised at Price X. The lady initially LIED to me and said we don't have that special when it was clearly posted. I Talked to her assistant, and this guy tried to help me, but MADE UP NONEXISTENT store policies saying if you want Price X you need to buy some $25 phone card nonsense.
He hid behind his ""district manager,"" while not allowing me to buy the phone for the advertised price.
Overall False advertising, associates LYING to my face (young clueless lady in my opinion) and did absolutely nothing to get a phone at the advertised price.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! SAVE YOURSELFS A headache and being lied to.
They dont deserve anyone's business in South Florida, very unsatisfied.
