The staff at this shop is very rude and has very poor after sales customer service skills. The owner, Bill, cares more for his dog than for his paying customers that pay for the food for his beloved dog. If you are not law enforcement don't bother to patronize this establishment because he will treat you like dirt. I have went therea number of times figuring he was jusst having a bad day, but it was the same or worse each time I went and everyone I speak to tell me they have the same experiences.
