Management of Eagle Crest and their property owners, Gables Residential have been aware of BED BUG INFESTATIONS for some time and will not disclose this information to tenants nor potential renters. (AND POTENTIAL LEASE RENEWERS BEWARE. THEY WILL TRY AND GET YOU WITH THE NEW BEDBUG ADDENDUM. DO NOT SIGN IT UNLESS YOU HAVE PERSONALLY INSPECTED THE UNIT YOU LIVE IN AND HAVE VERIFIED THAT THERE HAVE BEEN NO OTHER INFESTATIONS WITHIN YOUR BUILDING!!!!!) My mother, who is a senior citizen, is now being evacuated from her apartment due to this problem. Two of her neighboring apts were infested and Eagel Crest/Gables Residential did not notify her and now refuse to help her in any way and it was their failure to notify her of the infestation in her building that caused this nightmare. PLEASE DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONES
