The customer service was the worst we've experienced in our lives. The bearded dude working for Budget talked on the phone instead of helping us. Then he gave us a filthy, dent-ridden POS that we had to go find in their noisy, open air parking lot. The car was not full of gas, and was filthy dirty. A couple of times the car would not start. Thank God the nightmare of driving a Budget car is over. We will never rent a car from these people again.
