After taking my cat, Aku, in for his annual checkup, I was astounded by the staff at taking extra steps to make my visit comfortable for all. When entering the facility, I spoke with the receptionist. I happened to mention the interesting breed of my cat, Nebelung. Before I was called in for the examination, he had looked up the breed on the computer and agreed that Aku was indeed this type of cat. I was impressed. Also, the exam was thorough, including a teeth check for bacteria. I could tell my cat was not traumatized at all for everything they did to maintain his health. Great work! J. Otto
