1. First appointment: office was closed at the time of the appointment. Doctor arrived 10 min late.\r 2. Second appointment: I arrive three min late and was waiting inside the office. Doctor called to office 15 min after scheduled appointment to let receptionist know that he is busy in nursing home (?) and asked to reschedule.\r 3. Doctor sold me the treatment for nails fungus $55 and "secretly" advice to tell to call the company which produce the treatment in about a month or so to tell them that it did not work in order to receive a full refund.\r 4. He did not give me any paperwork regarding post-surgery procedure I need to follow. Only describe it verbally.\r 5. Use old manual credit card imprinter machine to charge me (in presence of electronics one at receptionist desk but did not give me a copy. \r \r Will never go to this "provider" again. more
