We bought sofa and ottoman from Freed's furniture. I will NEVER shop with them again.\r
My wife didn't like the color that they had on the showroom floor so the salesman, Gabriel sold her a special order fabric. The couch took two weeks longer than Gabriel said it would. And we had to call them to keep checking on when it would be ready (You would expect they would call us).\r
When the couch came in, the fabric was like burlap. It was scratchy and nearly impossible to sit on. We waited a few days hoping it would soften...it didn't. We called Gabriel at Freed's who said he would asked his Manager what they could do. Days go by with no response so my wife called back only to have Gabriel say his Manager couldn't do anything.\r
Any reputable place would have worked with us to get the problem fixed. But Freeds seems to just want the money.....once they have that, they feel no need to give good service. I encourage you to find another place to
more
