Recently, my car was overheating and I couldn't diagnose the problem by myself (I know a bit about cars and the related systems, but I am not a skilled mechanic). I knew that my coolant was due for a changing, but all signs pointed to a problem with the radiator or water pump. I took my car to the shop and received a call back that all was well with my system and that no repairs would be needed. I requested a coolant flush and a oil change just to make everything as clean as possible. Just to be sure, he ran my car for several hours to ensure that my car wouldn't overheat and did a complete pressure check on my system--he also pulled codes from my car's computer to make sure that there wasn't anything he missed. I left with the knowledge that the owner, Tom, was more interested in figuring out what was wrong with my car than he was in making a fast dollar. Will do business with him again.
