The Walmart of Nurseries: If you want quantity, this place has the best selection of roses in the Bay Area. If you want quality, almost any other nursery surpasses their quality. And they charge $32.99 for each container hybrid tea rose -- same as Yamagami's and more than Orchard Supply or Summerwinds. They have an amazing number of hybrid tea roses so you are likely to find the one you want, however, you are just as likely to find that it has black spot, mold, yellow leaf or some other disease. The roses are crammed together like livestock in some big agricultural concern -- so the diseases can spread from container to container. Buds are not pruned so they die on the plant. Roots are infected. At $32.99 a plant, they should do some minimal care, like I don't know -- FEEDING THE PLANTS maybe? Spraying them? Cutting them? My recommendation would be to go to another nursery or choose your plant carefully.
