I urge you to avoid this Enterprise if you are interested in customer service and integrity. I was hassled from start to finish. First, I was mislead into purchasing extra rental insurance despite the fact that we have rental car insurance coverage within our regular car insurance policy. It took faxed copies from my state Farm agent, a return trip to Enterprise, an additional car inspection, and total of 2.5 hours of stress to remove the extra daily coverage. When I asked to speak to Andy upon my return trip, I was told he was there, but after waiting for him another person told me that he would take care of everything rather than my being able to speak to Andy. When I returned the car and expressed my overall dissatisfaction with the entire experience (poor brakes, 'check oil' light on constantly, poor interaction with the employees) asking once again to speak with Andy the manager, Andy remained seated across the r
