Horrible customer service! They hardly explain anything. I'm sorry, but if I'm spending over 3k because my central air is broken, I need more than one word answers and descriptions. Just telling me the price of a replacement part or unit will not suffice. I called repeatedly and asked for more details on what exactly needed to be done and what my options were. All they would reply is to either replace the part or the unit. They basically only gave me price quotes with no other explanations. When I asked what are the details of the work, they only replied with "we will replace the unit with a new one." I'm sorry, but that's not enough. I shouldn't have to haggle for answers and descriptions. Plus Sorry Jack Dolan & sons, you just lost a customer. Learn to communicate, and to describe the whole process so that I feel knowledgeable and trusting. I should walk away from this experience knowing exactly what you will do and why. Not just knowing the bill & blindly trusting your work. more
