I was nervous about getting my first session because I thought it would be painful. To my surprise, it didn't hurt at all. I thought Dr Miller was putting a piece of scotch tape on my skin to mark the spots but she was actually inserting the needles. The acupuncture sessions really helped my pain management and nausea during my pregnancy.
