I was a bit hesitant to voluntarily subject myself to needle poking, but at the insistance of my daughter, I made my first acupuncture appointment. I suffer from headaches and fibromyalgia and even after one appointment I felt infinitely better. I am now a true believer....and it doesn't hurt at all!!!
