Today is the second time in a month that we had to call about our air conditioner and we got the same technician both times. Richard came out on Father's Day and fixed our unit and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He got us up and running very quickly although the problem was a very serious one. Well, today the air broke again but it wasn't due to anything he had done. He came out- figured out what was wrong and went above and beyond what he was required to do! I can't thank him and Champion AC enough! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! Thank you and God Bless!
