The instructors are second to none. Every morning offers two different classes, one with step, kick-boxing or other aerobic exercises, and one with weight training. Take one or two classes four or five times a week and you will whip yourself into shape in no time at all. It clears the head and makes you feel wonderful! Everyone is very friendly and before long you feel like you are part of the family!
