Exceeded my expectations. The staff is very, very friendly. I'd go so far as to say the friendliest staff I've ever encountered while traveling. Check-in was a breeze and Rose, the front-desk receptionist, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet! The room was very nice, great view, large bathroom, comfy beds. I will agree that the A/C is noisy, but we got it to stay on through the night and it didn't bother us. The housekeeping staff was very attentive
