Very unprofessional and discourtious. I didn't have any other services provided other than the skin care, but if Lori (skin care) was not there, I would NEVER recommend going there based on the unprofessional/rude owner who is the receptionist.(and equally unprofessional/discourtious side-kick) Very bad vibes, and got the impression that they considered themselves 'above"" all. Shame on the behavior!
