I went there twice, it seemed great and promising, but NO! Ruthie made my hair UGLY!!!!!! Now it sticks out weird, not at all like the picture I showed her! Don't go here, it is everything short of good, I'd recommend Great Clips, or even cut it yourself! Not to mention when they washed my hair they got shampoo in my eyes, and the color ran down my hair and smeared, and the cuts are hideous!
