This is a lovely hotel in the heart of downtown - great to see anything at the Plaza Theater or the El Paso Museum of Art as they are right across the street. The ambiance of the bar is everything it's cracked up to be - but the drinks are overpriced, and if you hit them on a busy night, their pour leaves a little something to be desired. THe rooms were neat and tidy, and the view was spectacular. I would stay there again. THe hotel staff is very courteous and friendly. The room service food is ok - not great but ok.
