My experience with Property Management has been overall positive, and--on a personal level--I've liked each of the various managers that have been assigned to us. However, our current manager, Bret, has really raised the quality of service we've received from PMSystems. On occasion I've questioned whether we are his only clients due to the amount of attention he's been willing to dedicate to us. It's clear to me that he has a remarkable work ethic, of which I'm unaccustomed to working with in any industry.
