Outstanding customer service and repair!! We (my wife and I) own a 50 inch Philips Plasma TV that had faulty capacitors on the power supply board. We had 1 day left on our warranty and ALLTRONICS had contacted us the next day. The following day they came to our home, were extremely polite, picked up our TV and had it repaired in less than two weeks. They had even called us at 7:30 pm Saturday night to deliver it (but we didn’t listen to our phone messages until Sunday night…Not their fault). Courteous, swift, and deliver on the weekend ... at night?? Admirable qualities I think we all would agree, yet not all that common these days!! ALLTRONICS did a fantastic job, far exceeding our expectations and deserve recognition for going above and beyond. And a personal thank you to Darren and Eddie who were exceptionally polite and courteous. A personal thank you and job well done from a 25 year retired Navy Senior Chief with over 20 years of submarine quality assurance experience.
