My family rented a home in Republic and paid extra for a short-term 6 month lease. When my wife paid the last months rent, she included a 30 day notice to vacate the premises. Later that month, I called to find out what we needed to do to get the house ready so we could get our deposit back. I was informed by their manager that they did not receive the 30 day notice to vacate the premises. I said that the check was cashed so they had to have received the letter. After numerous discussions, we were informed that they would not honor our 30 day notice and would have to resubmit the notice to vacate the premises.\r

As this was a mistake of Cowherd Construction Property Management, I felt that I was treated without respect or the dignity to even evaluate the situation as a whole.\r

Now, they are threatening us with eviction unless we pay this months rent which we told them to take out of the money that they already have.\r
NEVER, NEVER, rent from this company or consider buying one of their properties.\r
