I decided on transformations based on some reviews posted here and the fact it is a Paul Mitchell Salon. I went in to have a cut and color. I told stylist what I did not want ( fake red or too dark more like caramel) My hair was Med brown which I wanted to add some dimension to color. After a lot of professional lingo between owner and stylist and 5 hours later I had a gold halo and and fakey red and black hair. I told her right after she dried it that it was not what I wanted she added something to top of my head and it still was too gold. Owner rescheduled me and I went back in a few days later and explained what I wanted again. Once again lots of discussion three hours later I have BLACK hair and paid way too much money ($165 for botched hair. If you want professional this is not the place to go.
