HORRIBLE customer service. The owner of the store is completely ignorant and does not believe in proper customer support. I had some back speakers installed in my vehicle. I thought install went well. I was not told any different. A couple weeks later I go to inspect speakers and find they were DUCT-TAPED around the sides to create a seal instead of using proper sized speakers and I was NOT told about this. i go to complain about the install and the owner defends the install and said he did not feel need to tell me their use of DUCT TAPE. Then he argued with me when I said I will look for a lower price on a stereo he was trying to sell me. Horrible service, horrible ideaologies, horrible period. Don't waste your HARD earned money at this establishment. more
