Do not waste your time with this guy. He talks a big talk but has zero follow through skills. Made several appointments for a detailed residential pond installation and service job that he never kept or even called to reschedule. Every time I called to ask where he or his crew were he would set another date but again would not show. Wasted my time four times in a two week span waiting around for him to show each time! Not waiting anymore ~ Very poor customer service! I will find a pond care expert who believes in and practices excellent customer relations..... Too bad Santa Barbara Koi does not!
