I was so disappointed the salon is nothing like their website two words FALSE advertisement ! I bought a spa package and one person did EVERYTHING! She did my manicure, pedicure, massage and facial which was horrible. I thought to myself jack of all trades and decided to ask her during my session where did you go to school ? she answered ""oh... Ava trained me"". Ava I'[m assuming who the owner is. She is taking untrained ,unlicensed individual and having them perform these sessions (whatever the customer chooses) ,For example the customer may have a medical condition an untrained individual may not be able to identify my cause condition to worsen or maybe even result in death. This place should be shot DOWN!
