We noticed our freezer was not cooling and the food was spoiling fast.Orginally we called Sears and got no answer at all. When we finally did a get an answer from Sears an hour later they made us appointment for 6 days later! Thankfully, We placed a call around 9am to Johnny's Appliace and by 2pm that same day Johnny had arrived at our home to fix the problem. He greeted us with a smile and took of his shoes before entering our home. It took him about a half hour to find and fix the problem.He was clear about his rate and the outcome of his work. He was very friendly and very professional. We highly recommend him for all your appliance repair needs and we will be using him again as well. Thank you.
