Well this story has a happy ending though it took awhile to get there. My NAD C545bee developed a problem with the front panel buttons (seems I am not the only one). Took it into Deltronics and it took weeks to get it back. When unpacked I noticed the once new face plate had nicks and other blemishes. Needless to say I was disappointed. I pointed this out to Mike Del Valle the owner and also conveyed my belief that the face plate should be replaced. To his credit Mr Del Valle requested I drop off the unit and the faceplate would be replaced. Turn around this time was much faster and now the units appearance is as it was prior to my bringing it in. How my situation was addressed left me with an overall positive impression.
It is when things go wrong that you find out how important customer service is to a business.
