I vistedtheoffice on a sat. for an emergency visit with the oral surgen. Upon entering the facility I was never greeted by the young lady by the sign in sheet. When notifed that receptionist how I was a new patient and never been there before she stated just sign in and when I get to yor name then I will give you your paper work. While filling out my paper work the 2 ladies at the front desk were gossiping about shopping and the girl by the sign in sheet must have been on serveral personal phone calls while biting her nail. So unprofessional. After 3 hours of waiting I was finally called in. A young hispanic guy starts talkingt me about my procedure and was acting like a doctor. When I told him that he was not a doctor he looked at me andlaughed. I didnt find anything funny. Then I finally meet the doctor Dr. Maurer. Very unprofessional and rude. He then administered the injections for the procedure. Not even waiting for the area to be asleep/numb hestarted yanking on my tooth. I told him that I was in extreme pain and he did not listen to me. My experience was a complete mess. Evenchecking out the office was a mess. I was interested in an implant after my extraction but the receptionist named margie was very rude and was wispering to he fellow co worker that I had a green chart which meant I could never afford it. That was sterotyping me for no reason. I would never recommend this office to know one and when asking margie for a manager she stated that she was manager and that any complaint went to her and then I ask for Dr. Fensterstock and she stated I am the boss so address me as one. I Hated that place every second I was there. So there it is. Hope he changed his staff members as well as the dr.maurer and his male assistant.
