If you get business from them, avoid this one agent- 6/21/2011

to give u a long story short- they got an agent there who calls himself ""willie"". I bailed a friend out for $500 dollars (plus administrative costs) and they charged me $500 premium without me knowing, even though my friend did everything he needed to do (calling in, showing up to court, paying fines/court fee's, etc.) When it was time to recover the bond money from the bondsman, they sprung up that there was no collateral taken so I would get none of the $500 back, and apparantly they were right. The guy will act like he's your best friend, talk and sound like an expert who is close with the clerks at the jailhouse, show you options where you will get most of your money back if you put all of the money down if you can, and then juke the paperwork to eat the whole pot. Highly recommend one of the other 20 bondsman in the neighborhood, unless there's a bigger crook. I called around and other bondsman were surprised someone took that $500 bond premium on a $500 bond. (I was in a rush that day, sorry I know I should've stopped and looked at the receipt that he gave me *and I did not sign*). Learn from my mistake, make sure you check if you're going to get your collateral back, especially if you're dealing with ""willie"" from A-EZ bail bonds. Stay out of trouble, kids. more
