Avoid this place at all costs. Quest on Bellefontaine is without a doubt the worst lab experience I've ever had. The staff are extremely rude, slow, under-qualified and overwhelmed. They allow patients with no appointment to go ahead of those who have had appointments booked for weeks, due to their lack of organization. They are not gentle when it comes to drawing blood and have no patience for children with special needs. There are so many better options.
