We placed an order for a graduation bouquet (large) with a balloon and the number 2011 in fruit and we did not receive either. We also told them this was for a party at 2 pm and they delivered it at 5pm. We tried contacting them and received a prompt response basically telling us that we made up not receiving the balloon and that the size of the bouquet was correct even though it barely fed 4 people much less an entire party. We are very disappointed in the quality of service we received from them, it is a shame as we have used Edible Arrangements from other towns with no problem.
