The only review other than this one on here is written by one of the OWNERS so be careful. I went into this place with beautiful blond hair and only asked for a simple toner to be applied to it to take some of the yellow tones out of it. I told them everything about my hair including any colors it had been treated with and told them I was generally happy with it just wanted to tone it a bit. I was assured by Timmery that this was no problem ""An easy fix"" in her words . She applied blue and purple to my hair (Which I asked about, but what do I know?) and then was shocked to see it turn completely dark and red. She then put a color stripper in it to correct it but it didnt fix it. Then she asked the owner what to do. The owner said I would have to PAY TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE?!?!?!?!?! When I asked for money I had already paid to be refunded to me since they had refused to fix their mistake I was cussed and yelled at by Kay, the other owner. She stomped off saying she guessed she have to get it out of her own damn purse cause she didn't have it. Then told ME to never come back. Terrible experience and the place is way over hyped and priced anyways. They ruined my hair and my day. A WARNING WORTH HEEDING!!!
