I would not recommend going to this cleaner. They were always rude to me and my husband just walking in the door but we went to them b/c they were somewhat inexpensive. The final straw was when I couldn't find my $350.00 dress and went in to see if I left it there. The owner claimed it was not there and would call if it was found. Whenever I called to follow up the same person acted as if he didn't know what I was talking about and again said he'd look for the dress. Each follow up call after that went exactly the same. He never looked and acted as if I never spoke to him before. After going in and asking a random employee to look for my dress he found it. Even if the owner wasn't being dishonest, his rudeness and total failure in the area of customer service should drive him out of business.
