I hope that this will help many I wanted to write this and say that I hope this business is running according to your standards because your customer service line and store on 1301 J st modesto ca have horrible customer service. Two of your employees one by the name of Nancy and Genoveva are rude and how dare they yell at a former client. Everytime I walk into this store on J st the girls literally take time away from doing the paperwork to text or receive calls and use foul language infront of customers. I will never ever loan from such a company. I regret ever giving you guys any of my money or any of my information. I work for a non-profit and we help people with no income at all for free and we would never treat our customers like I was treated by your staff. We pay a fee to loan we don't get the money for free. People like me that loan keep you in business I would think great customer service would be one of the requirements but from my experience it looks like treating consumers like trash is your goal. I seriously hope you go out of business.\r
