I've never encountered such rude individuals, anywhere. These people are providing a service to me, for which I pay hard earned money. They treated me like a second class citizen, not to mention, like an imbecile. The attitudes were beyond aggressive and were completely unwarranted. The surprising thing was, there's a camera behind the counter on the wall so it recorded the entire unprofessional exchange. How these two ""associates"" are able to maintain their positions is beyond me. I am so tired of Comcast having (practically) a cable monopoly in middle Tennessee. I so wish a competitor would come in, undercut their outrageous prices, and drive them out of business!
