2 words, amatuer hour. Called for service for dishwasher. Clearly indicated to them that I wanted appliance fixed SAME DAY or I would go out any buy new one. They sent a guy right over, was here for 2 minutes, told me they'd have to order part, dinged me for $80. Decided to buy new unit from them as repair cost was the same. Wife unhappy with unit after 1st cycle; much smaller and lower quality unit. Called to upgrade to better unit and was told that I'd be charged $150?!!! This is unacceptable in this day and age. BestBuy, Sears, HomeDepot, all would have allowed upgrade at no charge. Pricepoint is higher than big stores, no flexibility, customer service is a joke..pass, pass, pass.
