In my 38 years of driving and buying cars, I have never had as positive an experience as I sis purchasing my 2008 Cadillac CTS from your dealership, and more importantly, from the people that represent Brotherton Cadillac. Ina world that is very commoditized buying anything can be so mechanical. The difference I look for is the human touch.... realizing someone actually cares about our unique needs as customers. That is how I felt from the moment Chad Eaton greeted me, until Roger Hammond worked with me post-sale showing me how allt he features in my car worked.. In between, I dealt with Arun and Jannica along with Nancy the receptionist, and each of the made me feel like they cared about my car along with me as an individual. During that day, I also met Brad, and the consistency of helpful attitudes certainly drifts down from the top. You were great in dealing with one issue that had to be cleared up, and I remember you saying, ""We just want you to be happy"". I must even mention Eric, the young man that works out in the shop doing lots of different things for us customers. He has gone out of his way to once to help me since I bought the car. Bottom line, I felt great about the price, the service and the people I have met at your dealership. I would not hesistate to refer anyone to your team. Finally, I have enjoyed getting to know you all as friends.
