I had a great experience with this shop! They were friendly and knowledgeable and patient. I had spent hours on the phone with Dell trying to rebuild my computer and finally gave up. Cal at Ontrac helped me get it going again. I would definitely recommend this place for computer repair. Good location too - plenty of parking - near DVC.
