I called Mike to come look at my hot tub as it wasn't working right. That was in November 2010. After trying many different parts to fix it they had to change the whole mother board which was 500 dollars. That was in February 2011. The hot tub wtill wasn't woriking right and after calling the company numerous times they finally came to look at it and the board was defective and they orderd a new oneThey still have not replaced it. It is now June 2011 and I still do not have a working hot tub. They won't return my phone calls and all the phone numbers I have for them are not in service. I would never use them again, but I want my hor tub repaired. Bobby was very nice but he still has not fixed my tub. more
