My wife and I were interested in a particular automobile model, but had yet to physically check one out. Our sales person took us directly to the models that had our interest. She explained features for which we were unaware, and offered a test drive even though we had no commitment. We thought about her sales offer for a couple days, pondering colors. Knowing that we were interested in a color with limited availability, she held the last one available for us, just in case we did commit. I will return to this dealer for my next vehicle purchase, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good car shopping experience.
