Horrible customer service. They have an ""FU"" attitude with their past work. I had my 60"" TV repaired less than 6 months ago and the same problem returned this week. This TV is not cheap or old and was lightly used... no reason for it to die in 6 months if they had fixed it as they said they did. If they had truly replaced the 2 parts they said they did.... it shouldn't die in 6 months of light use!! I should have spent the money on a new TV. And again... they couldn't care less. STAY AWAY.
