Not a good experience at all ... My girl was very friendly but towards the end I think she got too caught up in wanting to get out of there for the day that she forgot what she was suppose to be doing!!
She was in such a hurry to rush me out the door that she didn't even give me the opportunity to see the back of my hair. At first I really didn't think much about it but once I was able to check things out at home I realized my hair was totally lopsided ... not just slightly ... a good half inch or more. They were closed and it was the weekend so I waited to call in on Monday. I explained that I had just got a hair cut and needed to come in and get it fixed because it was lopsided ... the receptionist really didn't act like it was a big deal and told me that my girl was completely book for the next few days. Didn't even offer to ""work me in"" or take care of it.
I ended up having to go somewhere else to get it fixed because there was no way I was going to wait 3-4 days to have my hair fixed. That's just ridiculous!! And as it turned out NONE of my layers were even ... they were all over the place!! Luckily we were able to turn it around into a decent looking style but it was way shorter than I started out wanting.
I DEFINITELY will not be going back!!
