This judges courtroom is a circus I have nothing but respect for the law and judges. What I have no respect for is a bias judge who makes is negligent. The errors of this judge have alone have hurt my children, fiance, friends and most of all me. When a judge is elected their is a high expectation that is set forth and an ethical standard. This is a judge that does not have ethics he is just straight up rude and suppresses the first amendment.
As of now I am putting together a legal case against Clark County and if so be it this judge. Very soon in the future a Judge Hoskin website is going to be launched. Millions of viewers will be able to understand how big of a joke the judicial system has become and I plan on exposing this mans wrongs publicly. It will not be pretty and allot of parents who have been wronged by this judge will come forth because I cannot be the only one.
If you worked for a company and you made an error that cost the crew wouldn't you be fired? This is a bad judge end of story he may know his laws but he also makes mistakes within the laws and appears to not follow them entirely either.
