I called them earlier today and spoke with a man that answered the phone at 3:08 pm. I explained to him the problem I was having and asked him if he knew what part i might need. (forgive me im a nurse, not in appliance repair.) He stated what i most likely needed, according to my my dryer's symptoms and as i was getting the model number for him, i hear him speaking in a berating belittling tone to someone else about me... ""Stupid Ppl want me to diagnose over the phone, i cant be sure whats wrong with it if i aint looking at it"" Well you RUDE infantile egomaniac..i asked for an idea...not an actual diagnosis! I was trying to get an educated guess on ALL of the fees so i had a ballpark figure as to replace or repair. I had planned on using this company's services for parts and repair if it was less expensive than replacing...well looks like thats NOT going to happen. I do NOT recommend this company. Im sure there are other companies that would gladly accept my money.
