As the Owner of 702 MOTORING I take customer complaints and unhappiness seriously- On this customer I priced matched a Jensen Double Din radio and offered ""Free Installation"" after the radio was installed the customer got upset due to the fact he was unable to watch a movie while he drives his vehicle then started to complain about everything he could think of, starting with were his USB cord was mounted and the screw holes that were required to install the mount, this USB was put in the ""EXACT"" spot that he pointed to, he also complains about a week GPS signal as he travels through the Arizona Canyons, this is a normal condition that occurs around large objects and is not a cause of faulty equipment or installation, Basically this customer is upset because 702 MOTORING REFUSES TO BREAK THE LAW, this customer was explained to in advance and even signed the sales receipt that states that 702 MOTORING INSTALLS VIDEO EQUIPMENT IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS. Bojan ""the customer"" wants to watch a movie while he is driving, we refused to install it that way, and he has know created an unethical and untrue complaint to make 702 MOTORING look bad when we did everything possible to keep him happy..
