I had my hair highlighted. It bled through making the roots in the front a white circle. Kristen, who must be new, did the work. She then added some brown. I now have solid brown bangs and a brown spot right in the front the size of an orange. Also, the girl who cut my hair, Denise, apparently has no experience. She thinned the top and now it looks like I'm balding. I have never had such a bad hair experience. I thought going somewhere ""professional"" would be the right thing to do....wrong! Today is Sunday and I have to wait until 11:00 to talk to someone there. I'm a nurse and have to work tomorrow. Can't go looking like this. So very upset!!
