I called them to schedule service thru my home warranty. They said they would call back with an appointment time. Guess what? They never did! So I had to call back again. Each time I called I was told the guy ""Stan"" was on a job and it was taking longer than expected. Once time I can understand but three times... Come on! I finally contacted another company to have to the work done.
BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! This company will just give you the run around!!
BTW, I gave a one star rating because I had to... otherwise I would give them none!
