Integrity definitely surprised me with the amount of care provided to their customers. Everyone I dealt with has been really friendly and ready to help. This last service call impressed me the most, I had a big mess when my fridge defrosted on its own and leaked all over the kitchen. The Integrity staff sent someone over right away! I was expecting to have to wait a day or so but no way, there was a repair man at my house in an hour! I just love this repair company and I am so thankful that I found them.
