First, I own an internet marketing company and can tell when someone is loading reviews. Second, my daughter contacted her home warranty company regarding an air conditioning problem and they sent House Pro to fix. Repairman showed up and said, ""I don't have the tools to check the AC"" will come back Monday! Came back Monday, said coil is bad, we need to order it. Takes a few days. 4 days later my daughter calls and they say it was not ordered, home warranty co. needs to order! Call them and they said contractor must. Took two weeks, got both on conference call, finally contractor is supposed to order. On Tuesday 19 days since first call, said part would be in Friday, called back next day to say oops, we mean Saturday.
Came out on Saturday 22 days since call and said blower is broken (it was working before they started working on unit) and they have to call warranty company on Monday to fix. Called House Pro office and told them they need to fix it today. Lady on phone said, well, even if we did fix the blower, we did not get all of the parts for the coil!! They were telling us we needed a blower instead of telling us they did not order all they needed. Total idiots. Girl became frustrated when daughter pointed it out to her.
Daughter called warranty company and they said, ""they know we are open today (Saturday)!"" Warranty company called them and gave them approval.
These guys break things, lie, lie again, lie to cover the lie. What a crock. Their good reviews come from their relatives or employees or the owner himself.
